Citizens may use this secure online portal to file an online police report for eligible crimes or incidents that have occurred in Highland Village and there are no suspects, no injuries and no physical evidence to retrieve. Retail businesses may file online theft (shoplifting) reports for crimes not in progress, whether or not the suspect is known. You may attach a photo or other document to your report. After completing the report you will receive an acknowledgement email with an online report reference number. Should additional information be needed, a member of the department will contact you.

Emergencies, crimes in progress or domestic violence crimes are NOT eligible for online reporting. For these or other emergencies call 9-1-1. For other non-emergencies call Police Dispatch at 972-317-6551 for reporting. Remember, it is a crime to knowingly file a false police report.
