VACATION WATCHES: The Vacation Watch program is a free public service program which assists property owners in safeguarding their homes while temporarily away.  It should not be relied upon as a primary means of securing property during the owner’s absence; and homeowners are urged to undertake all appropriate steps to lock and otherwise secure their homes when absent from them.  The Town of Fishkill and the Police Department assume no legal responsibility for inability and/or failure to conduct Vacation Watch inspections and/or for any damage to or loss of property of Vacation Watch participants. 

 Unoccupied homes for sale are not eligible for the Vacation Watch program.
