Filing a Compliment or Complaint

Who Can File a Complaint?
Any person who has been directly affected by an employee’s alleged misconduct may submit a formal complaint against said employee. A person does not have standing to file a complaint if:
The person only witnessed the incident without being directly affected.
The person does not have personal knowledge of the incident.
The person is attempting to file on behalf of a friend or family member unless the family member is a minor.
