By registering for this program, homeowners acknowledge that staff with the Madera Police Department will make reasonable efforts to conduct periodic checks on their property. However, due to factors such as resource availability and scheduling constraints, these checks may not occur at regular intervals and cannot be guaranteed.

Homeowners are encouraged to take additional precautions to safeguard their property, such as installing security systems, notifying trusted neighbors of their absence, and securing valuables before departing. The Madera Police Department cannot and will not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred to properties during the homeowner's absence, regardless of participation in this program.

Participants also understand that providing false information or misusing the program may result in the suspension or termination of their registration and / or future use. The Madera Police Department reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.

By registering for this Vacation Watch program, homeowners agree to these terms and conditions, and release the Madera Police Department and their staff from any liability arising from said participation.
