The Town of Zebulon takes the reporting of crime and concerning incidents seriously. Please include as many details about the event as possible. You must provide contact information if you wish to speak with an officer about your report. Confirm the following requirements to report a crime or incident using our online system:

-This occurred within town limits of Zebulon

For anonymous tips, please provide all possible information since we will not be able to contact you for additional information. Please understand that information provided anonymously may effect our legal authority to use such information in a criminal investigation.

"Concerning Behavior" reports are used to report a person exhibiting signs and episodes of violence, escalating aggression, cognitive impairment episodes, etc. 

Every form submitted will be reviewed. This form, once completed, is viewed soley by the Zebulon Police Department and will be handled by same.

Filing a false police report is a crime and may be prosecuted under North Carolina General Statute 14-225.
