This portal allows members of the public a mechanism to report compliments and complaints regarding the service provided by the Clear Lake Police Department and the conduct of its members. We will accept all compliments and address complaints of misconduct in accordance with department policy and applicable federal, state and local law. It is also the policy of the department to ensure the community can report misconduct without concern for reprisal or retaliation. You may remain anonymous.
