It is essential that our community has confidence in the internal investigation procedures of the Vacaville Police Department.  Therefore, investigations of allegations of employee misconduct and poor job performance shall be complete, impartial, and timely.  Your valid complaints and criticisms help us to protect the community from possible misconduct by police employees.  It is equally important that accused employees are afforded every right guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States, the State of California, and local laws.  

A compliment or complaint may be made orally to an on-duty supervisor or in writing by clicking the SUBMIT NOW button above.  It is against the law to make a complaint you know to be false.  If you make a complaint against an officer knowing that it is false, you can be prosecuted on a misdemeanor charge.
